The Champions League Final was played this morning in the Olympic Stadium in Athens in front of a bunch of tossers rich enough to afford to go. I would have loved company, but unfortunately could not get Pez out of bed at 4.15 when I was banging on his door.
Liverpool were dominant in the first half, the possession 60\40 to the good Guys. Once again as seen all to often this season, they were left unrewarded due to the lack of a quality finisher. Hopefully they'll get one in the off season now Robbie Fowler has retired and hopefully Steve Finan will get sold to someone shit enough to want him..
Good to see Harry Kool on, despite not doing much for the last 25mins.
Anyways, the final score 2-1 to AC Milan- I suppose you have to hand it to the most corrupted team in Europe for the last 30 years, they do know how to win big matches. Their chairman (Italian President), Berlusconi should be in jail instead of celebrating smugly with his bloody team.
